Beginning this year, there will be NO all white dress code OR age limit for Exhibitors!

or by snail mail to P.O. Box 793, Cottage Grove, OR 97424. 

Entry fees are $5.00 per animal

​

Adults 18 and over will be entered into an Open Class that will be judged separately from Youth Breed and Showmanship classes on Saturday.

Thursday

August 19th

Move in Day!

​

10:00am - 8:00pm -- Livestock move in day! This is the best time to let us know if you will be able to attend

Friday, August 19th for the morning Breed classes. If the exhibitor cannot be present, we will be sure to

have other exhibitors on standby to bring your animals to the show ring on Friday. If you are a new Exhibitor,

Friday afternoons we will have experienced Exhibitors who will be giving pointers for Showmanship day. 

Optional show packets will be handed out if you would like one! This is an educational event!

Breed Classes

8:30am -- Check in at the Barn 1 grandstands

9:00am -- Small animal showing

Open & Showmanship Classes

8:30am -- Livestock Exhibitor meeting & check in at the Barn #1 stands

9:00am -- Small animal showing

1:30pm -- Large animal showing

 

Sunday

August 22nd

Round Robin Finals

 

12:00pm -- Master Showmanship

                    

1:00pm -- Adult Showmanship

 3:00pm -- Awards/Pay out

​

 4:45pm -- Load out
