We would gratefully appreciate your help in providing any time you can spare. To help make this years non-profit fair a wonderful event for the entire community!
Race Day Overflow Parking
Duties:
-
Taking money for parking at the gate
-
Hand out the parking tickets (doing this in a fast and efficient way)
-
Directing cars where to park
-
Make sure to keep fire lanes open
-
Avoid blocking cars and campers in.

Duties:

Impartial Judging for all categories of entries into the fair.

Flowers and Forest Superintendent
Duties:
-
Superintendent will help find judges for their division as needed.
-
Be on site Wed Aug 19th and Thur. Aug 20th to accept entries into the fair.
-
Help other Supers if needed.
-
Organize your division space before the fair opens.
-
Be available all 3 days of the fair to answer questions about your division.
-
Must be there at the end of the fair Sunday Aug 23rd for entry pick-up
-
Aide in building 1 cleanup after the fair.
-
Do paperwork to let the newspapers know who the winners are for your division.
-
Communicating with our superintendent of superintendents Carolin Pettit.
-
Flowers and forestry- this includes potted indoor plants, potted outdoor plants, cut flowers, annuals, biennials/perennials, bulbous, roses, collections, theme arrangements, pressed flowers and herbarium. Forestry- includes conifers, broad-leaf trees and shrubs and collections
