2018 Junior WOE Queen Hailie Intros

She likes reading, writing her own stories, videogames, singing and art. Hailie has volunteered in many locations including Magnolia Gardens Assisted Living and the last 3 years volunteering with Cottage Grove Reading Spot (now Summer Reading and Fun). Adults she has worked with describe her as responsible, caring, willing to help and fun to be around. Hailie is most proud of her ability to be true to herself and express herself through her writing. She would like to become a voice actor and computer programmer once she graduates. Hailie hopes to encourage others to be themselves and stand up for others, she also wants to be able to give back to the community she is learning so much from during her reign on the royal court.

2018 Senior WOE Queen Chelsie Mundy

Chelsie is 17 years old. Chelsie enjoys reading, basketball, camping, cooking and being around the people she loves, whether that be her friends or family. Chelsie has volunteered at her aunt’s cafe, with the Carousel project, has put time into working with the kids at Summer reading and fun, and the local KITS program. Chelsie is most proud of the person she has become today with the help of her family and friends. Chelsie plans to work in the medical field after her last year of highschool. During her reign Chelsie would like to show the younger generation how to be courageous and be involved in the community, as well as spread the word of the WOE fair.
